"I bought the identical model of modem that I had been leasing from Frontier, expecting that with no other changes in the number of devices or set-up that the modem would perform the same. It does not. The upload speed is 7 (on a 30/30 plan) and my devices continuously lose connection to the modem. This never happened on the 4 year old model from Frontier. Despite having explained the problem repeatedly to the seller, he tells me that I'm expecting a $30 modem to perform like a $300 model. He has never addressed the problem I've explained time and again. I won't bother sending the piece of junk back. Don't make the mistake of buying from this outfit."

"First of all, don't believe the excellent reviews!. They selling broken and defective items and forcing you to return the item. After that they charging 30% restocking fees. All the modems they selling is either broken defective and stolen. Showing all excellent reviews is a trap. Without thinking further people buying from them and loosing their money. None of their items are in working condition. Pay few more dollars and buy from an authorized dealer."

"The e-store is a scam for the most part. Be careful buying anything from them. They sell all used modems and they are not "refurbished" either. The one I ordered was a dud. Their return policy is a joke. Make sure you read it. Communication with them is only by text. Very indignant when you want to cancel order or try to return product. Don't believe all the 5 star ratings. That should be a red flag right there. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and avoid this RIP OFF !!!! Oh, I forgot to say that I received the product from an E-bay vendor called Region-Supply who also is discredited with the BBB in Dyer, Indiana. So I buy from so called store based in Orem, Utah and get the product from someone else. "
