"I ordered two signs on 5-2-16. The more expensive one was for my brother in law's 50th wedding anniversary, yesterday, Sunday May 8th. I received the signs late last week as I'd hoped. The aluminum sign I'd purchased for the gift was bent. It had a deep crease over an inch long in the upper left hand corner. I called immediately and spoke to someone in Customer Service. The lady told me she'd promptly send me and email so I could attach a picture and reply. I specifically asked if she had my email address and she assured me she did. I watched fri/sat/sunday for an email and did NOT receive one. I bought a soft rubber hammer and did the best I could on a padded surface. I managed to get some of the damage out but it's still obvious. I gave the sign yesterday to the folks as planned and explained the damage. I honestly don't think the damage was caused in shipping but it doesn't matter now cause they've left town. I had to give them a scratch and dent special and still haven't heard back from Campground Signs. I sent another email explaining that I hadn't received any message from Customer Service. It's not the $36.00 for my brother in law but the shoddy after sale service that ticks me off. I doubt these reviews are read but just in case?
