Not at all pleased with Capground Signs Customer Service....... !

"I ordered two signs on 5-2-16. The more expensive one was for my brother in law's 50th wedding anniversary, yesterday, Sunday May 8th. I received the signs late last week as I'd hoped. The aluminum sign I'd purchased for the gift was bent. It had a deep crease over an inch long in the upper left hand corner. I called immediately and spoke to someone in Customer Service. The lady told me she'd promptly send me and email so I could attach a picture and reply. I specifically asked if she had my email address and she assured me she did. I watched fri/sat/sunday for an email and did NOT receive one. I bought a soft rubber hammer and did the best I could on a padded surface. I managed to get some of the damage out but it's still obvious. I gave the sign yesterday to the folks as planned and explained the damage. I honestly don't think the damage was caused in shipping but it doesn't matter now cause they've left town. I had to give them a scratch and dent special and still haven't heard back from Campground Signs. I sent another email explaining that I hadn't received any message from Customer Service. It's not the $36.00 for my brother in law but the shoddy after sale service that ticks me off. I doubt these reviews are read but just in case? NOT happy, and I'll do some advertising for you should I get a chance. Thanks SOOOO much, Leroy Abney/Marion, Illinois 62959 Requisition CMP 5222........."

Horse Sign

"I ordered the "premium" version of the "please do not touch or feed the horses" sign. Sign is extremely sturdy and well made and will hold up nicely to being on a fence in all kinds of weather conditions. Very happy with this product."

"ordered 2 signs, one came in with a 6 inch scratch. I called them the same day I received it and took photo and emailed it to customer service and I still have not heard from them or received a replacement. It was packaged scratched because the other sign that was sent with it was fine. "
