"You know it’s the pandemic so I’m going to be understanding. I work in customer service I get it. However, if you have mistakes more than just a few as in 3 or more times there’s an issue with the company itself. And that is absolutely the case. Molly, the executive sales associate is a deceitful sales woman. If I tell you I want a refund instead of a store credit for the order you messed up. Do not document that I want a store credit only to leave me waiting weeks without my money. Because you want to keep my money on there to upsell me items that you’re aren’t even going to put in until I have to call to remind you and ask where my receipt is. Then you dodge calls regarding all of the issues you created because you are so quick to take someone’s money before actually providing the service to go with it. I really wish I had never had to deal with her. She even gave me a hard time about not opening my order immediately and realizing they made another mistake with my second purchase from them. Why would you even suggest that when the first time I ordered from you all you sent me a broken stand 3 times. I continued to deal with them because they seemed to attempt to make the issue right. Which I prefer to deal with a company who fixes their mistakes but I am in no way trying to deal with a company that always has mistakes. Absolutely horrible service. Have a great day, Molly!"
"They don't have it anywhere on the site that your item is not in stock. You select the item, it shows available, you pay IN FULL and then you wait. Then you call looking for the tracking information and they tell you that they don't have them, that now that you've paid for the item that you NEED NOW, has been set up for production and it will be weeks. Add insult to injury.....if you cancel, we charge a restocking fee.
If they dont have them it should tell you on the item itself ...it should say typically ships in 2-3 weeks, or when you enter your shipping information, it should at least let you know then. They don't do that because they many would cancel, and that if you pay and place the order, they at a minimal get a restocking fee. THAT is a terrible way to treat others.

"When I first used their prices, I was impressed by their competitive prices on the products they re-sell. However, as someone from Australia, it was very difficult to contact them about the shipping rate I would have to pay (since it is not mentioned on their website). Their opening hours unfortunately occur during the late night time here so it is almost impossible to call them (the 24 hour line is only for ordering, not shipping rates, I tried this). Therefore instead, I've tried to email them regarding this matter.
I wanted to simply buy the largest gummy bear on the website as a birthday gift for a friend since they were selling it for the cheapest, however in 5 days I have sent them 2 emails regarding this matter and there has been absolutely no response other than the automatic email saying that I didn't complete my order and if there's any assistance needed, just reply to the email (which is exactly what I did plus sending a stand-alone email).
Now with still no response, it is most likely that I will buy the gummy bear from an alternative website which at least provides their shipping rate on their website. It is a real shame to not be able to use this CandyMachines.com since it looks fantastic for local customers, just not for international ones."

"I bought a maroon & gold candy machine from them as a gift for our family game room. The person on the phone was so helpful and explained the difference between a candy wheel & a gumball wheel and all the different things I could do with the wheel I choose. After talking to them a little more I actually decided to purchase 2 machines. One for candy and one for gumballs. The machines are great quality and look great in our family room. I would recommend these guys to everyone."
