"After a year of bad product quality from online purchases, I took a chance with Canvas Discount. I am more than pleased - ecstatic is the right word! I am a professional Photoshop user and know my colors, contrasts, and resolutions. I hoped for the best and ordered 3 canvas prints.
I noticed in the sale confirmation that one of my prints had stretched a bit (in the little picture they send with the purchase confirmation - my original proportion was 3w x 4h and the canvas I picked was 4 x 4 - my mistake), so I asked if they could substitute another frame. They said they couldn't based on the way they do business and sent a complete refund. It came immediately. I re-ordered the whole group again and they came quickly, packed well, affordably, and most importantly - exactly like the original images I sent in!!

Only complaint is around packaging. It could have used a few more pieces of tape to secure the canvas as it was being shipped. Thankfully, the canvas arrived undamaged, since it was so lightweight. However, it very easily could have been, as the tape was cut open when the package arrived and the canvas inside was jammed all the way into the corner edge of the packaging. "
