"The prices are low, but so is the quality of the workmanship. If you want beautiful canvas prints, DO NOT use this company. I ordered 5 canvases (three 16x20's and two 24x36's) but when I tried to place the canvases in the frames, there were gaps between the canvases and the frames. It turns out, they were all 1/4 to 1/2 inch too small for the standard frames I had for them! There were also other problems. One of the canvases was not square, and several canvases had dents in them that were very unsightly. Also, the quality of the canvas material itself was cheap...too thin and not enough texture. I requested a full refund, but because the canvases were in two separate orders, I only received the refund on my first order. I then had to go back and insist on the refund for the second order. The good news is that I eventually did get a full refund, but I will not use this company again. "
