Do NOT use this company!!

"If I could leave a 0 star review, I would! This was my first (and last) time using this company for my photography business. I wanted to surprise my best friend for Christmas by having a secret photo shoot with her twin daughters, having a beautiful framed print made, and handing it to her on Christmas Day. Normally, I would have used my regular company, however my print would not have arrived before Christmas. I found canvasdiscount.com and right there on their site, it said “guaranteed delivery before Christmas”. It was two weeks before Christmas, so that was perfect! It wasn’t until after I ordered and received my shipping notice that it said my print would arrive January 4th. Of course I was annoyed, but what can you do? January 7th, my print arrives. Luckily, I opened it myself rather than just handing it over to my friend because the frame was broken! The packaging was not damaged even the slightest, so this had to have happened while they were packaging it! I had to turn around and buy a new frame for it! I emailed the company and sent them pictures of the damaged frame and asked for a refund. When they eventually got around to emailing me back, they told me in order to receive a refund, I didn’t need to send my “canvas print” back, but instead, “take a sharp object and cut through the canvas” then take pics of the destroyed print and email them proof it had been destroyed. I emailed them back explaining that I didn’t order a canvas print, it was a framed print, which the print itself was ok, but the frame was broken! I told them again to look at the pictures I had sent. Days later, I get another email with no apology for the damaged product, or any kind of acknowledgement regarding my message in any way, but instead, a measly coupon code to use on my next purchase! Out of curiosity, I checked to see what my coupon discount would be.....$12! My framed print I had purchased was $50! I will NEVER do business with this company ever again!! Horrible customer service and extremely disappointing products!!"

Beware of phony advertising

"Ordered 4 8x8 acrylic photos of my Family with the Grandkids. For the discounted price of 76 dollars I received a flimsy piece of plastic covering my photo with my Son’s Head cut off. I could have went to Walmart and bought 4 cheap plastic frames and printed the pictures myself and my Son would of had a head. Took them 2 weeks to reply to my email, tried there toll free customer service number but it just plays music. Stay far away from this ripoff company. I just canceled the charge on my credit card "

AWFUL! I want the picture I ordered!!

We ordered a canvas of the grandkids for my parents for christmas and got a completely different family!
we have been calling NON stop for 2 weeks with no answered calls we have sent 5 emails!!
VERY disappointed since I just recently ordered 8 other canvas from them and turned out great everyone and my family has ordered before but this just lost all our business with this company!!
i've currently been on hold for 15 minutes!

Poor Quality

"The Canvases I received are not mounted tight to the frames and are poorly trimmed.
Their "metal" prints are not printed on metal rather printed on photo paper that is glued to a piece of Acrylic and that is glued to a very, very thin piece of metal. The metal is a little thicker than Aluminum Foil.
Their customer service is very slow.USA99901003549
I will not is ordering from them again.

Customer Service Has Gotten Real Bad

"I needed immediately after placing an order for a blanket to have the size upped one size. But they could not do it. Their site promised delivery before Christmas, then they sent a tracking number that showed Dec 28, when Dec 28 came it now says Jan 2nd. This was a Christmas present and now I have to pay to mail it to the recipient as they have gone back home.
Not to mention that for years I have bought canvases from them with the black border. The last 2 orders which was total over $300.00 I had 4 pictures with over runned borders but only had them exchange the worse 2. And I had 1 picture that had dented canvas and I have 2 pictures that are not stretched properly. I gave up having them replace them cause when they replace an item it is re-sent with super thin wood frames. The original order has nice thick frames. Now they want me to cut up the blanket and show pictures so they will refund. Which means another 4-5 weeks to get another cause it took 5 weeks for the first one. Lastly, I placed an order and 2 hours after I placed it they put that same size canvas on sale for $11.00 less, they would not adjust and refund the $11.00. Again they want me to cut it up, send pictures, have them refund it and reorder. By that time the same is over again. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM.

What!?!?!?

"I just received my (ridiculously overpriced) framed photo, and I could not be more disappointed. The photo is grossly distorted to the point it looks absolutely ridiculous. The grainy quality reminds me of an office printer from the early 1990s. The frame makes dollar store frames look premium. The gift was intended to have profound personal meaning for my father, and the entire experience has been wrecked. The company should be embarrassed it lets products like this leave the facility.

Highly suspicious of the company’s legitimacy, and of the high ratings. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Nothing but a scam

"Bought a blanket for a friend for Christmas and when I got it it has lines all through it. I have emailed 3 times and called a few time with no response. They say they will get back with you within 24 hrs. Nope. When you call all they do is put you on hold then hang up on you. Such a disappointment. Such a SCAM. WORST PLACE EVER TO ORDER. I would RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I would recommend collage.com they are awesome!"

Terrible Customer Service

"I placed an online order 10 days prior to Christmas. The website stated GUARANTEED DELIVERY BY CHRISTMAS. I received an email the next day stating the order had been shipped. However, the tracking information showed 12/26 delivery. I emailed the company regarding this. After 4 days without a response, I called their customer service. After waiting on hold 10 min, a representative came on the line and informed me I’d have to contact UPS and there was nothing she could do. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. She actually argued with me about the date my order was placed because she said her system showed a different date. I told her my confirmation email, from them, said otherwise. She then hung up on me. I will NEVER buy from this company again. "

Horrible. Short cuts taken and awful service, can't even get a hold of a single person.

"Do not order from this website! This is the first time I used them and I can not say how frustrated I am. The canvas itself is very good, the pixels even out, and the coloring is not distorted BUT I ordered 2 of these 24''x 36'' frames for the canvas's and both came damaged. It was packaged fine: 3 layers of bubble wrap around each canvas and then 1 around the entire thing. The damage was in the same exact place on each and there was no damage on the box so it is like they packaged it damaged. Short cut and lazy. When I tried to contact them about it, email and several phone calls, I haven't been able to talk to a single person. I am just putting this out there because yes they are semi good quality but if anything does happen, there is no way to get a hold of these people. I purchased other things as well as the canvas's and I got half of the order but the other things have not arrived yet and when I contact UPS they just say I have to talk to the sender. So ludicrous all the way around. "
