"This review is pertaining to two separate orders.
1. Ordered 2 30x40 large acrylics. Both the acrylics had 3 major problems - (a) all the edges were broken - packaging problems (totally unusable at this point) (b) the images were cropped - my signatures are cropped so that's bad esp. when I want to display my work and (c) there were major bubbles - mainly due to the hanging hardware - and this was out of the box and not after hanging, so I am sure the problem is going to aggravate.
2. This is pertaining to an older order, where I ordered an Acrylic and after an initial issue, they sent me a replacement. I got a chance to fully open the acrylic from the box recently and one of its edges were broken and there was a large vertical bubble right in the place where there is hanging hardware.
I tried contacting them on ****@**** and pinged them as well, but no response yet. Unfortunately I need to give this one star review now."
"When UPS tracking showed order delivered but no package has been received, I checked on UPS site and it says seller must start investigation. Canvasdiscount.com's website only lists email as a way to contact. And they fail to resond to the emails. Shady company, do yourself a favor and avoid."

"If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a picture for my mother's memorial and it came with defects in the photo and not stretched correctly (not centered) within the wood. So I sent them a text (as instructed by their representative) with a picture attached and asked them to correct it. They responded and said there was nothing they could do about it. I didn't have time to argue so I just ordered another picture and hoped it would come correct. The picture came correct but the frame was wrong. I ordered their "premium" frame in rosewood flair as I did with my first order. Premium means "a floating frame" not a "décor" frame which they also offer (flat against the picture). When I contacted them to let them know that they shipped me the incorrect frame they told me they don't have a premium frame only a décor frame in rosewood flair which I got. I tried to explain the error to them several times but I kept getting repeat emails basically telling me they weren't correcting their mistakes and for me to "eat" their errors. That left me no recourse but to leave this review letting everyone know not to trust this company."

"Wow, these are laughably bad metal prints. Like a car wrap sticker put on a piece of metal. Horrible quality, and not printed on the metal as it is supposed to be. I got an acrylic to compare during a sale and that one is slightly better (even though it is plexiglass and not acrylic) only because the plastic shows some gloss/shine in front of the print. But it is still the same sticker, just with plastic in front of it instead of stuck on a piece of metal. Horrible quality, do not order. I got one wall hanger set for the three prints and it is also virtually useless. A piece of metal with double-sided tape. I have had much better aluminum and acrylic prints elsewhere online. (Their canvasses are fine, fyi.) "

"I was pleased with the ease of ordering and the options available for my custom canvas. The production quality of the image was very good but the mounting on the frame was somewhat sloppy. I've ordered from other like businesses and had better quality in that area. But, this was less expensive and it arrived very quickly."

"I ordered 8 large format canvas prints. I uploaded my images and the site did not flag any quality or other issues. When they arrived they were badly pixelated. After a month of trying to get support they said it was my files, offered a discount on next orders then stopped responding.
While my files may have been the issue thier automated upload site does not tell you that and thier response times are horrible. "

"I ordered two prints for a gift for my friend, knowing that these would arrive exactly on time for her birthday. I bought additional prints to qualify for free shipping, with the expectation that this would be a quality product. When I received my order just on time, i had SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. I tried to call, but their phone hours were closed. I sent an email and within 18 hours did not get a response (they reply within 24 hours supposedly). So I called them and told them the situation. They immediately put in a "reprint" with 2 day shipping. I asked if i can get a credit for my order since this was NOT my fault and I did not get the product/service I paid for. They said NO and that it was either or. Throughout the conversation they got confused with what i was saying as well, and were not easy to communicate with. I settled for just the actual product i paid for, hopefully now just 3 days late, and too late for the birthday gift. Let's see how this one goes.... "
