"Messed up 3 pictures and did not redo. I spent about an hour of my time setting pictures on 3 collages. The pictures on the outside of the collage were cut short. I picked a black border and the “proof” that was provided looked good, but did NOT match what was sent. It was evident when viewing the proof vs the actual product but CV decided not to correct their mistake. A discount or a single print was offered but that does not replace all three. Plus, I do not know how to center what I submit because it may not match the proof that is provided. Very frustrating. "
