I ordered 4 pieces to use at an Art Show and was worried the items would not make it in time. Not only did the make it in time, they shipped faster than I thought possible!
When my prints arrived the box was a little mashed up and I was worried. But, each print was protected by cardboard and wrapping. When I unwrapped all of them I was surprised at the quality and color of each print. I'm planning on ordering more very soon.

"Second Review – Poor Service Continues
There have now been three separate issues I have had with orders placed with Canvas Discount. The problems have continued enough I am writing a second review. I have hoped that these incidences were the exception to the quality of work and service Canvas Discount has provided. There had been a pattern of poor service, communication, and resolution of service and product quality issues.
The most recent order - 4 hangers placed with the order never arrived.
The first order I placed with Canvas Discount the acrylics arrived with the hangers attached to acrylics. They were place incorrectly on the wrong side of the pictures. According to the company they never place hangers and they accused me of placing the hangers. I have never been accused by a retailer that I lied. I absolutely did not place the hangers. It isn’t rocket science to see where a picture needs a hanger.
I tried removing the hangers to hopefully still be able to use the pictures. They are acrylics and should be able to lay flat or by hangers. I am using a picture rail to display. I need the backs to be completely flat and with the hangers placed in order to display them. I ended up removing the hangers as instructed by the company with piano wire. The adhesive is very thick and difficult to remove. The reissue from the adhesive did not come off completely and I now have lumpy pictures that I cannot use.
It was an uphill battle to even get a response for resolution. The process took three weeks and a ridiculous amount of emails. I just wanted the items replaced. They did not offer to send new pictures at any time. I sent photos of the damaged products in my request for a replacement. I was denied this request
They eventually offered to provide a discount on my next order. What I wanted was replacement items without the hangers placed. Why would I want to order the same items I paid for again with at 20% discount?
Fast forward to my second order – One acrylic had bubble in it. The company offered a quick replacement and the customer service team quickly replaced it.
I was offered at this point a free item of my choice. I thought this was a fair resolution and there was no issue. I was hoping that the issue from the first order was a one off. Even though I never received the replacements I requested.
Giving them the benefit of the doubt I ordered multiple acrylics of my wedding photos to display. The acrylics themselves looked wonderful. I did however need a number of hangers for the larger pictures. I ordered and paid for four. They never arrived with the order. I contacted customer service and was told that they would get them out to me. I have waited over 3 weeks and still have not received them. This morning I received and email asking if I wanted the hangers still or a refund. Customer service had told me they shipped them back when I contacted them when the order arrived three weeks ago. So the hangers never shipped even though I was originally told they were.
I have been offered through this process an item at no charge and a discount on a future order. I appreciate the effort but, I never received what I wanted really wanted just replacments. It was simple - Replace the pictures without hangers attached from the first order and ship the missing hangers from my last order.
I have been going round and round with this company and my level of frustration has hit its peek. I was told one thing and now another. I just want my hangers. I don’t understand why this is so hard. The only logic I can find is they are too cheap to pay for the hangers to be shipped and it is less expensive for them to give me a refund rather than ship the hangers.
The icing on the cake was when customer service responded to my requests for the hangers to be replaced knowing they had not shipped them. The company had the audacity to include the below message in response to my inquiry about the hanger replacement.

In summary my recommendation from previous experience would be that unless you are ordering a simple item such as a single acrylic you may want to consider them. Be prepared though if you have any issues you will have to battle back and forth with them and you may not get missing items or any damaged products replaced. Order at your own risk.
