"Cheaply made without a back on the frame pictures easily fall out and don’t stay in the frame. The back of the pictures is just a cardboard and too small that it doesn’t stick in the frame. Customer service is crappy too. Promised me a replacement by Christmas which of course didn’t come. Now I’m without a gift, very embarrassing. Don’t waste your money. I’m worried I don’t get my money back at this point as they are very dishonest.
They also promise you free canvas with a purchase but of course they pictures can’t be uploaded making it look like you don’t have the right format for the pictures. I tried several formats and nothing worked. Tried formats that I was able to upload with products I paid for and those didn’t works either. They just cheat people out of their money. Very sad and pathetic! "

"Ordered picture mugs of our new kitten for Christmas gifts. They arrived in time but both were broken. They were packed in a small box with almost no packing material.
I have been in contact with customer service and they want me to prove the damage. I am hoping for a refund both because it is now too late to be a Christmas gift and it is likely the replacements will also be broken.
Given how my order was packed, I would expect most breakable items would arrive damaged."
