"I'm an experienced photographer with over 30 years in the business. I've used Canvas Discount before with no problems. I recently ordered 18 canvas prints from high quality originals, and two of them came back with a horrible moire appearance in the yellows. I went through the complaint process on the website, but only one was re-printed and it came back just as bad as the first. Virtually no communication as to why this happened or if there was anything on my end that could be done (different file format, or if I should re-edit on my end). The second bad print was never acknowledged. I will edit this review if anything changes. "

"Didn’t meet any expectations. Order took a long time to process and deliver. Canvas print was smaller than expected and not a super sharp image quality with no proofing. Pillow print was not accurate with colors and quality was low. I requested a refund without reprint due to the quality and they asked me to destroy the product, show them photographic proof to grant me a refund. Very wasteful process. Very strange. I’ve never been expected to show proof of destruction for a refund. Won’t order again. "
