It wasn't just the picture on the canvas it was some of the background around the edge and it was crooked on top of that! Terrible. Terrible. There was no option to edit to make sure other things weren't in the picture. You would think they would know that you just want the actual picture on the canvas!! And it was even crooked. "My canvases arrived with black smudgy fingerprints on them and two of the three frames weren’t stapled together properly so they were falling apart. It was a two day process to get in touch with someone from customer support. They apologized but also said that they could reprint however they couldn’t guarantee that the reprint would be better (So bizarre). I asked them to go ahead and reprint. Over a month later the reprints never arrived. I finally reach customer service to follow up and I’m told that the request was never processed. I told them to just process a refund and they are now asking for pictures of the items the previous customer service rep had me send prior to discarding the items. "

The frame itself, as well as the attachment of the canvas to it, is adequate. If you get the hanger kit, the assorted hardware gives you several hanging options.., although you may want to use your own #4 x 1/2" screws.
