"The prints look great but because 2 were shipped together, the smaller laid up against the larger and indented the larger to create a bubble. I've laid it out for a few days now hoping it would go away but it hasn't and is noticeable. If the prints would have been packaged better and not laid up against each other, I believe this could have been avoided. Pretty disappointing. "

"I ordered 10 8x8 canvas prints and 8 8x10 prints. I needed them for my art show.

4 out of 10 prints came unsquared, they are visibly a trapeze rather then square. It causes canvas to bulge around the corner.
All prints were wrapped in plastic very carelessly, with terrible wrinkles. Did the person use plastic wrap machine for the first time?
All prints are blurry even though I uploaded 300dpi images.
All prints have their giant branding and technical info all over the back of the canvas. Makes them not sallable. Other printing services don't do that or they make small and subtle branding.

It was a promotion price, but promotion is not a reason to deliver shoddy quality. Do not buy here.

Customer service did not honor my emails with response."

"I received two beautiful acrylic prints without the hangers. When I contacted customer service I was told that I did not order the hangers. Frankly, I was not prompted to order the hangers separately. Customer service told me that in order to be able to get the hangers I have to place another order (?) and then I should be able to order hangers for the acrylic photos. I can't figure out what can you do with two acrylic prints without hangers. It never crossed my mind that the photos would come without hangers. Furthermore, I think that you should make it easier for the customer to be able to order hangers without the need to place another order. Not a very good way to serve your customers!
