"I have never been disappointed in your timeliness with an order. Having said that, it appears your packaging sequence/methods may be suffering. I was excited to receive my latest print on canvas only to open the box and find is in a single clear plastic container. No other dunnage or protective covering. All four corners were allowed to rub the ink off to the white below. One other spot on the canvas was also worn. In the past, and maybe I'm being to picky, you packaging was such that the face of the print had at the very least a thin layer of a bubble type wrap that disallowed the face to rub."
