"This site is totally automated; and the only response you receive (DELAYED RESPONSE) is via email. That's fine. I know that's the direction that customer service is headed. However, if you want to automate your system, please continuously test your website's performance. I've purchased prints earlier in the year. They turned out great. The problem, then, as it is now, their website doesn't proceed to checkout; nor does it tell you why. I'm assuming something is wrong, but how would I correct it if I don't know what the problem is. The last time I purchased a set of canvas from groupon for this vendor. I emailed them because I had a question and was told to activate the voucher and then ask the question. The answer was the determining factor of whether I wanted to activate it!!!! Here I am again (WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN!!!) having to assume. I thought it would be better, but won't look back after this purchase is done. "

"Ordered a blanket which supposedly shipped on 11/29/17. Called the customer service number three times only to be hung up on all 3 times ! Needed this blanket quicker than three weeks later. So disappointed . There is no way to track orders through the company they use to ship products. Why is this place still in business ?! "
"I ordered a 60 piece puzzle after I found a deal on Groupon. It showed up in a timely manner (9 days) with standard shipping which I was happy with and the photo quality was good. The puzzle did not come with a box or picture to build the puzzle off of which is my own fault for not verifying that prior to ordering. That wasn't the end of the world because I found a tin at Hobby Lobby and printed a picture to mount on the inside. Buyer induced problem solved but just know that going into the purchase.
My issue was with how the puzzle was cut, or rather wasn't cut very well. Puzzle pieces by nature are a little frail and it didn't take me long to rip a piece of the cardboard off the back of a piece. I ended up spending about 30 minutes with an X-acto knife cutting around the lines on the back of the puzzle to separate the pieces without doing any more damage. The puzzle was still salvaged and will work great for my nephew as a gift. I just didn't plan on having to spend an extra half hour on it."
