"I purchased this plan for my wife and I. About 8 months into it, I found out that our dentist no longer accepts the plan. I contacted Careington, and canceled. Since there was well over three months left on the program, that I would like a refund for the unused portion. They don't give refunds...you are stuck for the entire amount, whether you can use it or not. When I contacted Careington, their response was for me to call them and they would help me find a new dentist. I like my dentist and have been with them for a number of years. That's their solution? Find a new dentist? Perhaps they should get a new customer service policy. One that actually benefits their clients!"
