Great price and quick shipping

"I ordered a set of taillights for my wife's pick up. One was damaged when it arrived. I called customer service and they agreed to ship me a replacement. It came in 2 days later on Sunday. I am very pleased and will buy from them again."

Awesome Customer Service

"This weekend I worked with three different customer service agents. Two of the three were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and set up the service provided so I had to basically do nothing as they navigated the solution. Although two of three is not 100%, the service from the two that did provide the service were AWESOME!!! These two gentlemen really helped me feel better although I wasted half a day because I ordered the wrong parts. The quick turn on the replacement parts; PHENOMENAL!!!!!!!! Especially when COVID and other business methods have impacted logistics of products sold. Again, PHENOMENAL!!!!!! I already recommended you to another person who works on their vehicles.

Recommendation: Make the font larger or a different color or add distinguishing characteristics of a model in the drop down box. For example: There is a huge difference between a 2003 Avalanche 1500 5.3L V8 with Cladding and a 2003 Avalanche 1500 5.3L V8 w/o Cladding

Amazing customer service!

"I’ve ordered from CarParts multiple times before, the parts have always arrived as described and worked without any issues. My most recent delivery was stolen from my front steps so my first thought was to call their customer service number to see what my options were to resolve the issue. Within a few minutes I was informed they were sending out a free replacement! This was best case scenario in my situation after having a $100+ item stolen, I will definitely continue to shop from this website for any car part needs!"

HEAD LIGHTS

"I replaced the head lights on my 2002 F-150 to stopped having to clean them in order to pass inspection. I also replaced the head lights on my 2011 Hyundai Tucson which were fading, and I could see the difference immediately, but the turning/hazard circuit did not work for the passenger side. I called customer service and with no delay at all the process to replace it was painless. "

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I ORDERED A PART NOT BEING SURE EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. TOOK A BIT LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO ARRIVE BUT WHEN I TOOK IT TO THE MECHANIC FOR INSTALLATION FOUND IT WAS NOT A PROPER FIT. I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF THE CHAT OPTION TO DEFINE THE PART I NEEDED. I DID USE THE CHAT OPTION AND THE REPRESENTATIVE DID A SEARCH AND THE PART I NEEDED WAS NOT IN STOCK. I WAS INFORMED HOW TO OBTAIN A REFUND AND FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS I WAS REFUNDED THE TOTAL AMOUNT INCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS AND DID NO EVEN HAVE TO RETURN THE PART. I WAS DISAPPOINTED THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE BUT VERY PLEASED WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Took My Money Without Knowing What Stock They Had

"Bought a mirror for my Jeep, paid through Paypal. Several days later I get an email from carparts.com that the item is out of stock and they had refunded my Paypal. How can someone do business like this is beyond me."

Not a Good Experience

"The Check out process hung when checking out but I was like oh well

Autozone was a week wait but CarParts Said they will arrive Monday ..

They were $2 cheaper than Amazon and it seemed ok but shipping was way over priced $10 Then I waited and Waited and waited and they choose to send if via Fedex smartpost which means that that CarParts.com say Monday and Fedex says no ..

So I am Waiting and Waiting and Waiting .. Disappointed

Scheduled delivery: Pending (But do not fret they will all blame Covid, Christmas and any thing else they can rather than give me a delivery date

Why say Monday if your shipping vendor says it may not even be this week..
