"STAY AWAY- absolute scam. They promised $250 and I got $35 back! I COULD NOT GET MY PHONE BACK EITHER!
I was offered $250 for an iphone 5s and then wanted to give me 35 because the box was missing and I did not call you within 5 days per T&C even though I explained I just had a baby and was in hospital for 4 days. No sympathy about the situation and the only solution was to give $25 more! despite your terms and conditions I will report this scam is unbelievable and unethical "

"Do not trust them. They will not respond to emails. They will get your device and offer well below what it's worth and not give you a chance to have it returned. Horrible company and horrible customer service!"

"They did very bad. When I evaluated my 2 old laptops on their website, one of them was worth $80 and the other one worth $150. By their website, even if the laptops can not be powered on, they still worth $48 and $90.
One of my laptops can power on and work without any problem.
But after they received my 2 laptops, they only paid me $40 totally for the 2 laptops!!
I will never sell my old laptops to them and I will tell all of the people I know that how bad they are."
