"A month after the salesman told us we would get free phones (2) with no contract, we were charged a monthly payment amount for the phones (2). We called and he said it was a billing error, and credited our account. Next month, same thing, but no credit. We asked for a recording of the conversation where salesman told us that "yes the phones
are free and no contract", and PrimeComms lawyered up. I kid you not - their attorney actually said I couldn't talk to anyone with the company except him. THEIR mistake, not ours, and we got screwed. I do not trust these people and will never recommend them."
