"I bought a TMobile phone from eBay to use on Cricket Wireless. Despite speaking with them multiple times on acceptable phones, they never mentioned needing it to be unlocked by the carrier. After speaking with the original seller, and a snafu with the unlocking process, I had to pop into TMobile to see if they could help since the unlock didn't work. After almost an hour, they had no good news for me other than to check out CPR since they often send people there when they can't help.

I explained, with difficulty, my issue. Jeff heard me out, made no guarantees, but said he'd see what he could do. Within 10 minutes and 1 call that they placed to Cricket, they had my phone unlocked glitch taken care of! And I have had no issues since.
