"I ordered a Nokia DKU-5 data cable from cellularking on ebay. The cable didn't work. I sent numerous emails and no response was received. I called their sales & tech line 8 times and all I got was an answering machine and the voice mailbox was full. Seller then resulted in insults on ebay. Seller also uses the website www.probeep.com further his fraud."
"No delivery of ordered articles, no answer on my e-mailed questions, phone not taken off, payement not returned - never buy anything there! - they are not serious merchands.
Beware of the cellularking.com"
"Horrible. Good prices, along with the worst customer service I've ever encountered in online shopping, and I've experienced some bad ones.
I made my order on 01/06/2004. I received an auto-generated email withing the hour (so far, so good). On 01/09, I sent an email to the address on their website, just to see when it might ship, by what means, etc. It was rejected because their mailbox was full. I let it go until 01/16, when I called. The guy didn't ask me anything except, "What did you order?" I told him (a cellphone case), and he said, "Oh, that was out of stock, but we just got them in and it'll be going out Monday (the 19th), and you should get it Wednesday or Thursday at the latest." Gee, I say, that would've been nice to know. His response: "I'm sorry, it's been so crazy here." So I wait... Wednesday, Thursday, still no item. so I call again. A woman answers, asks me the same, "What did you order?," then tells me "It's in stock, so it must've shipped." "No, I say, I want you to specifically look up my order and tell me WHEN." "I can't, she says, you'll have to call back after 6:30 (PM) for me to look that up." OK, so I do. Of course, no one answers. Nor do they answer at 6:45, nor at 7:00. At 7:15 I get an answering machine. Great.
I call back the next day, get the same question, and the same, "It must've shipped," but I insist on knowing when. After about 10 min., she comes back and says, "It shipped on 1/15 via USPS First Class Mail." "But today's 1/23," I say, "it should've been here long ago." "Give it another week," she says. Exasperated, I hang up. It arrives the next day, 01/24, postmarked 01/22/2004. So, I was lied to on top of it all.
Whew, I feel better now. Stay away."
