"Dishonest company. Be careful ordering from them. I ordered AT&T unlock code, chose express delivery 1-24 hours and paid extra for that. They never sent a code so I contacted AT&T and had it unlocked. After the phone is unlocked -16 DAYS LATER-, they sent an email and said the phone is already unlocked. I have been trying to get my money back but no luck. Reported on PayPal, hopefully it will work. Such an hassle!"

"So I placed an order on the January 12, 2015 to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S5 and accidentally input the wrong IMEI number. About 2 weeks of waiting I didn't get a response about the unlock code. So I sent an email to their support team inquiring about it they mentioned that Samsung database was closed down. I figured I would wait noticing that it was not their fault. Fast forward 12 days later I get and email saying that your phone has been successfully been unlock thanks for your patience. Only problem was they didn't adjust the IMEI number to the correct one I sent. Guess I should have sticked with UNLOCKRIVER!!! "

"Very dishonest if the code is not working. The unlock code worked out on my previous model. But my second order was a terrible experience, and I will not deal with this company ever again and would not recommend it anyone.
The code did not work for my Nokia 7230.
It took nearly 6 months of e-mailing back and forth, phoning, chatting. They asked me to video the whole process of unlocking and send it to them. And again. Calls and e-mails again. They just want you to give up because it takes time.
Eventually they stopped responding.
Bottom line: they will send you a code and if you are lucky it will unlock the phone. But if for some reason the code will not work, forget about your money and unlocked phone."

"Horrible service. Ordered code 1 week before leaving for travel. Emailed them almost every day asking them where my code was, each time response was "Sorry, the code is coming, please wait".

Finally a few hours before having to leave (and 7 days after initial order) i asked for a refund. I bought the unlock code from someone else. Magically 2 hours after asking for a refund, they get me my code. After I already asked for a refund and bought it from somewhere else.

Then when I still insisted on a refund, they complained about how they had to order the code from a second database and already lost money on me.

A joke of a company, terrible service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
