" I ordered a camera three days ago but changed my mind and send a cancellation email at the same day. After that, I sent another three emails, but they still haven't sent me any confirmation. I also made a call to their number but only voice message picked it up even though it was their business hour. Fortunately, they haven't charge anything to my credit card bill yet."

"What a scam! My daughter ordered her camera in April. Now it's June....still no camera. She did get emails from the company saying she had to call to confirm shipping. She called numerous times. Majority of the times she was put on hold---like forever! The one time she did get through to voicemail 'Jerry's' voice mailbox was full. All said and done........save your time and aggravation and just purchase your camera (or whatever) from a real place. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!

"I would rate this company a "0" if I could. I ordered a Cannon g7x camera several days ago. After several days had gone by I received an email saying I had to "confirm" my order. When I called I was put on hold for several minutes at a time when after 5-10 minutes someone finally answered the phone. I was informed that the camera was out of stock and they were getting more in on 4/14. I informed the salesperson on the phone I was not notified the camera was out of stock when I ordered it otherwise I would have purchased from a different company. I still have no tracking information for this item. Had I purchased from a different company, the camera would have already been delivered. I will be cancelling my order. "
"I wanted a point and shoot camera. Saw one for a good deal on this website $174. I checked the legitimacy of the website (it's legit) I neglected to check out reviews on their customer service. Like others, I received an email after I made my purchase to call "Jerry" to confirm my purchase. Jerry informed me that I had neglected to order a battery for my camera. I thought the fact that I had to call to confirm my purchase and there was no battery for the camera was weird, but even stranger that I didn't see anything about this when I was ordering my camera. He offered me a 2 hr. battery for $19.99 and a 7 hr. for $24.99. I went for the 7 hr. battery. My camera was shipped that evening (from Brooklyn, NY) and I received it the next day. I ordered a silver camera, and I received a red camera. I was never sent any information on the total cost of my purchase, until I actually saw the charge on my credit card. My total charges came to $232. Even with the battery and taxes I don't know how my total got to $232. Best Buy and other sites were selling the camera for $250, and boy do I wish I had just gone with someone that I trusted rather than going for the deal. Their website advertises "free shipping" but if you hold your cursor over the "free shipping" you will see a comment about having to pay for insurance, but there is never any mention of insurance. The invoice I received with the package did not have a breakdown of costs. This company also goes by other names including but not limited to "more4lessdigital.com" "thedigitalpros.com". If you are seeking digital equipment I would avoid this "company" at all cost. Just spend the extra money from a legit company. Their Better Business Bureau rating is "F". I just wished I had did a little more research before I pushed the "submit" button. Trying to save others from making a big mistake by purchasing from these crooks. "

"I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase. I used google shopping to find what I was looking for. Checkoutdigital.com had the lowest price, so I placed my order for $340. I received a confirmation email showing that they had received my order. The next day, I went back to the website that had what I ordered and instead of being $340, it was $939. Big difference! I emailed them and never received a response. They never shipped my item. I needed this new camera like yesterday and because I've been waiting for my order to ship, instead of just ordering somewhere else, I don't have it. I should have ordered from Amazon. I ordered several other items from different places and have already received my orders."
"I wish I had read through these reviews before I attempted to order from this company. The first indication that they are scammers is that they want you to call and confirm your order. After calling several times and hearing only music, I emailed and said to accept as my confirmation and that I was uncomfortable with this practice. They emailed me back saying I had to call. I had my daughter (35) call since it was for her. They told her a battery was not included and sold her a battery and charger for $150!! I immediately called back and said to keep the original order as 2 batteries with charger is $28 from Amazon! They said the one I ordered is an international model without any warranty and to just order the camera from Amazon. I said I just wanted the camera that I ordered and nothing more. I then recieved an invoice for the camera with the battery for the $150! I emailed right away that I was not accepting that invoice. Did not hear back. My daughter called and talked to Bruce again and he told her the whole order is now cancelled and that she was rude to him!!! He screamed at her! This company is the worst by far of anything I have ever dealt with! I can't believe that what they do is even legal. You will not save any money by ordering from this company. "You know something is fishy when they send you an email saying that you have to call to confirm your order. They use that call to up sell anything they can. If you don't agree at first they keep badgering you. Unbelievable and it is a waste of your time and they are rude while they try to up sell you. Please do not order from this place. "I read the reviews beforehand and some seemed to be related to the " no battery included" in their camera purchase. To be fair, I reread the add 4 times and it did not say that a battery was included, so I discounted those reviews and purchased a camera. I received a call the next day and was told that the camera I purchased was the international version. Now, the connection between the seller and I was very broken up on my end, so I thought there was a pause in our conversation and asked a simple question- the salesman (Jerry) tells me not to be rude as "I interrupted him". This was how a salesperson talked to a customer who had just spent 400 dollars in their store?! I explained that I wasn't trying to interrupt and that our phone connection was choppy. I couldn't believe the rudeness of this man. I cancelled the order (as I did not want the international version) and I wanted some verification that it was cancelled and he told me that " he didn't want my business anyway" and hung up. I am still amazed that on small business Saturday, this business treats people this way. I would advise future potential customers to steer clear of this site.
And I reread the add since this morning several times: NO WHERE is it written that the camera I was purchasing was listed as the ' international model' ? Bait and switch tactic? "

When i called on monday to confirm order and ask about picture showing two batteries being different than description naming only one, they said there were two but NO CHARGER for them...what?? who sells a camera and battery(s) with no way to charge them? Oh we can add that for $89, you want it or not? uh, ok... I then see chargers for way less on line, so called them right back to change. Same guy says i'll cancel the whole order! What? "I ordered a Nikon camera and got the confirm. The next day they called me to say my zip code was wrong, which it was not. Then they told me I did not order a battery so I questioned that all cameras come with a battery and they said no. I told them to add that to the order which they did. The order arrived the next day with everything included, however the total bill was $40 more than it should have been. I immediately called them and they told me it was for the battery and battery charger! Are you kidding me?! These items are part of the camera and no one sells them separately. They definitely had an attitude and told me then ship it back. If you read their return policy it is bizarre to say the least. It would cost me $50 just to have it returned! Never, never, never deal with these people as they definitely have a scam going on!"
