"I purchased a report for $60 and never got anything back. I was told they were "unable" to reach the reference. This seemed fishy since I got a call the day after I placed my order and was told in that call that sometimes they are not able to reach a reference and I should be prepared for that. Kind of odd that they would predict that they couldn't reach my reference before even attempting to do so and then tell me 2 weeks later that they indeed were not able to make contact. $60 down the drain for absolutely nothing."
