"Placed order and expected the parcel to be delivered within the stipulated time frame, it did not. Check with the customer service, they pushes away the responsibility. Parcel went missing and it's no where to be tracked. Even Chinabrands customer service do not know who to check with. Although I purchased the insurance together with my order, they refused to refund and say I'll have to wait up to 2 months to know if the parcel really went missing. End up I have to bear the refund to my customer. One purchase and never again. "

"Chinabrands is the worse supplier that i've worked untill now. 10 orders, ALL of them with problems in the tracking number and delay for delivery, because the tracking number that chinabrands gave to me don't exist! And if you ask to cancel because of the delay, the company just dont give you refunds. I don't recommend to nobody, biggest mistake!"
