"I previously gave this company a glowing rating, however, I have had a change of heart after the last purchase. Currently I am in a dispute with Chinavasion because they switched an item to a different item and it is incompatible with prior orders. They then have the temerity to say that there is no difference and will not admit that they are in the wrong. As far as their "Award winning customer support" the award must be for the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! there is supposed to be a 12 month warranty, guess what? NOPE, not happening. If one contacts them, they close the case with a dismissal of of the claim stating that there was no difference besides sometimes items are switched out and I should refer to their item page to verify what I'm getting. Guess what, folks? it, is the SAME ITEM that I had previously bought, there is no change to the pictures and description... here's the first response that I received from their cust. serv dept. ~ I can't any difference with what you received this time and our website description. There might be some change on some items, please note our website description shall prevail. ~
