"I have never been a fan of your return policy for goods that do not work on arrival. I expect goods to work on arrival and not be bothered by having to pay for mail back to you. Especially when companies such as Wish.com and Ebay cover the cost of return shipping and Wish.com goes one step further by not having the customer return the product but to keep it for the inconvenience.
Hopefully all these light bulbs work and I wont have to go through all the trouble , although I don't think I will be continuing any business with you in the future.
