I ordered an internal hard drive, which I received very fast. Unfortunately the drive was damaged. So I asked for an exchange, which was approved fast. After I shipped it and waited about two or three weeks without hearing anything from the drive, I asked for the status using PayPal. We exchanged some messages over about one week. Since the whole process took some time, my requirements changed and I asked for a refund, which I got (The policies says, that there is no refund possibility).

Summarizing: Delivery is ok, but exchanging an item can take some time.

a word of warning. I ordered two motherboards from this company a mo9nth ago and the still have not arrived. I have checked tracking and they have finally been shipped but, not a word from the company regarding the delay. This has cost me dearly. My customers must think that I am very unreliable.
