i've experienced crappy racist's management at claire's these last few days!!
i had a problem with them, they said that's why jacksonville, nc store in particular only have the one black employee working for them.
So i'm guessing she alone is good enough to fit their quota.

they tried to convince me it was the "black" sales rep. Fault, when in actuallity it was white management not being honest.

Do to the horrific experiance at claire's & seeing they have a video camera globe on their store ceiling, they can probably see my credit/debit card security pin code that i entered into their system at checkout... Today i withdrew all funds & deminished credit limit on the card to a zero...
Therefore i can be sure their trickey, deceptive practises will
not affect my account. I do not trust knowing that claire's store could possible have access to any of my brown pennys.

I think Claire’s is the best girl store ever because you can get all sorts of accessories there and it is neat and organized so you can find everything easy.Another reason I like Claire’s is because they have amazing makeup there and the cases on the makeup has sparkles on it and did you know makeup lasts to about 3/6 months to use
so you have a lot of time and if you have a chapped lip you can go to claire’s and get some chapstick.
Did you know the jewelry at Claire’s is finalmente it is super shiny and beautiful I love it so much and one of my reasons about the jewelry at Claire’s is because if you are in a wedding at you want jewelry to go with dress they have it also if you have prom and you need a bracelet or something they have it and my last reason is mabie you want jewelry to go with your halloween costume.
They earrings at Claires is brilliant and you can get your ears pierced there for free also the let you hold on a to a teddy bare and you get a free pare of earings and they have a veriety to chose from it is so awesome to look at.
In conclushoin i have reasons to prove that Claires is the best store ever because i could go on and on about reasons to support my evedince but it is a awesome store to shop at ."
"After trying three times to place an online order last night i gave up as their website said that the transaction would not go through due to system error. This morning I find 3 x £41 payments gone from my bank account to claires. I then spent 2 hours trying to get through to their customer service team as no-one was answering the phone. When i did get through I asked them if they could fax my bank some details so that my bank would know the order has failed and would release me back my funds to my account....Claires said NO they couldnt..unbelievable !! so now i have £123 held for claires that wont be available back in my account for 5 working days. When I told them this and the cost of hanging on the line from Spain for 2 hours they could not care less. A useless company with a useless website. We will never go back and we will advise everyone we know to do the same if this is how you get treated. As another reviewer said, this will cost them a lot more than the price of 1 fax !!! IDIOTS !!!!!GRRRRRR"
