"We ordered two chairs in February (02/25) of this year from ClubFurniture.com. They were "released to the shipper" a little more than four weeks later (03/28). We received them a little more than seven weeks later (05/18). Regrettably, they had been poorly prepared for shipment (sitting in a three-inch high carboard tray and sparsely wrapped with plastic), and had suffered some minor damage (the top back corner of one chair was rubbed so roughly that the pile of the fabric had been rubbed off, and a similar injury was found on the side of the other chair).
When we contacted ClubFurniture.com to have the issues addressed, they indicated that they would ship replacement fabric and have a local upholsterer repair the chairs. Six and a half weeks after we received the chairs (on 07/03), they indicated that the replacement fabric had been shipped. Nearly four weeks later (07/29), the upholsterer indicated that they had received the replacement fabric, and picked up our chair. Shortly after, the upholsterer called to say that the replacement fabric was not a good color match. A week after relaying that to ClubFurniture (08/09), they indicated that they had shipped another piece of replacement fabric.
Eventually, we got the attention of one of the owners of the company, who explained the various delays we experienced were due to being out of stock of the fabric, FedEx problems, and an uncooperative repair shop. The second shipment of replacement fabric was used to repair both chairs at no cost to us, and we're relieved to have the matter resolved."
