"I bought a fitted Penn State Hat (Product ID: 2458253) which PICTURED an "S" on the back bottom center. The hat that I received is blank on the back. WORST PART is there is NO Phone, or even an Email to complain."

"I came to this store because their sister store was very disrespectful to me. I ordered my stuff on December 14th and at check-out there was a part that said it would be sent out no later than December 16th. Which means with the shipping that I choose it would be here by the 18th or 20th, understanding that the 20th fell on a Sunday I could understand that it would get to me the 21st. I called the store the 21st and let them know what emails I was getting about my package, and I was informed that my package had not even be processed or packages up yet. I was told that they would take care of it, and if they had to they would over night it in order from me to get the package on time. I checked my order today and it said cancelled/refunded. NEVER did I ask for it to be cancelled. NEVER WILL BUY FROM THEM AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE."
