Less than zero stars

"I ordered a smartphone cubot S222.
It arrived with a non working touch.

Comebuy told me to send photos.... i did.
Then i should make a video....i did.
I should send it back to their warehouse...i did.

After that > no mail, no response on my mails.
I opened a case on paypal > they told, that the phone did not arrive.
I sent the tracking-report on wich one can see that it has been delivered and the name of the person who took it.
Then they wrote that they would refund.....again nothing happend.

Only as i told them that i would consult a lawyer they refunded.

Never again i will buy there; i wrote about 20 Mails, lost much of time and nerves.
I can not recommend comebuy.com.

"I bought my mobile phone from Comebuy in August 2014.
8 months later (in April 2015) I had a problem: the mobile phone did not charge anymore, so I got in contact with the distributor Comebuy. First they told me that after 3 months (!!!) there was no longer a warranty on their products. But they offered me to help me to repair it for a reasonable price.
They gave me an adress where to send the phone, an ID-Number of my Repair-order as well as the tel-number of the subcompany that should repair my phone.
At the same time they said that it could take up to 45 days to send the phone back and that I would have to pay for the delivery and for the repair but they would try to keep the cost of the repair work as low as possible.
So I sent the phone in April. And after 45 days I started asking for the phone and they kept giving me cheap excuses. I called the subcompany to ask whether they had received my phone and they confirmed that they got it there but they were waiting for instructions from Comebuy to know what to do (they could not do anything without the instructions of Comebuy). I kept explaining this during months per e-mail to Comebuy. But Comebuy did not do ANYTHING at all. Just NOTHING.
In July 2015 Comeboy told me that they would definitely send me the repaired phone the 1st of September.
I wrote to Comebuy the 28th of August to ask how the reparation of my phone was going. They did not even answer the e-mail. So I wrote again. On the 29th of September they send me again a mail telling me that they want to send me the phone "after the 30th of December".
So, the only thing they do is keep telling me that they will send my phone back in a few months (I guess that they say that to keep me as a customer waiting).
The fact is that the 45 days that I was suppose to wait for my phone have now turned into 8 months (April to December) AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PHONE BACK.
I can truly say that I have NEVER EVER experienced such a BAD SERVICE as the service from Comebuy.
It is really unbelievable what they do with their customers.
First they don't give hardly any warranty on their products. Then they tell you to help you to repair the products if you pay a small fee. They don't repair anything and they keep the product and they don't even send it back!
Comebuy is the worst retailer I have ever met.

"I bought over the phone COMEBUY No one Mi4 through its warehouse in Germany, package after 2-3 days sent to my aderss via UPS agent and arrived for five days very quickly and commendable, after receiving the package and views occurred irregularity which we resolve to my satisfaction .My experience with COMEBUY is very good and commendable as far as current events. I give them 5 *****"

"I once bought an Cubot S202 from them and it was actually ok until the display stopped working after about 6 Months. I had to send it back which cost me about 15€ and I got a store credit for 17€.

Thats not a great outcome for a customer but what should I do? So I ordered a new one, a different phone.

Once I ordered the Blackview Omega, they told me the phone is not available at the moment so they have to cancel my order (Shoppage said in stock and never changed).

They couldn't tell me when it's going to be available and getting a new discount code was a pain in the ass.

So i deceided to order somewhere else and I wanted to use my 17€ Discount to buy smaller electronics there so it want be for waste.

Guess what? They can't send Electronics outside of China, so the tell me. They actually want to force me to buy a phone there while all the phones I wanted are not available. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY from the last order I made and haven't heard from them since (also need a new discount code).

After wasting 2 Months of waiting and contacting their customer service (which responded well normally but was almost completely useless when I needed them for something), I deceided never to order there again.

Lying, not sending my money back , defective Phone after 6 Months - stay away folks.

"AVOID THIS SHOP
I bought a Cubot X6 phone from Comebuy in August, but I discovered that it did not work well. I contacted the italian call center and Mrs. Loredana suggested me to send it back for repair in their service center in Germany, warning me that I would have to pay 9 euros for the cost to ship it back. At my request to know the time to get it back, she replied that it would have took at least 20 days, a month. So I sent it (it was early September) and I paid the 9 Euros required. After a month, I started to ask for info, but every time they asked me to wait a few weeks more. Unfortunately, more than five months have gone, and I am still waiting for my phone... this certain "Loredana", contactable via help desk site, still teases me saying that the phone is under repair and she asks me to wait a few weeks .. . not only they have kept my phone, but they also cheated me 9 Euros! AVOID THIS SHOP!!
