When I returned that call, the answering agent was not able to identify the person who left the message. Phone calls to the local power company indicated that the issue was satisfactorily resolved according to their record. It's all been really confusing."

Ignoring customers inquiries is something that has consequences.Note also that when I clicked through to take this survey, a screen popped up telling me I'm one of the first 10 respondents of the day and tried to get personal information since I'd won a new iPhone. This may be a browser issue on my end which I'll deal with. In addition, there is a remaining pop up wanting me to install something from a company called Rokuten. Just thought you'd like to know that in case there is an issue with your website, which I doubt."
