"I purchased a 120mm JMC fan (recommended from a web forum I frequent) and received an email promptly confirming my order. The fan was sent and received in 4 days in a large box, with styrofoam peanuts and surrounded by nice bubble-wrap.

I was very happy with the fan and the promptness of the service, but after about 3 weeks I noticed some clicking from the fan consistently. I emailed Jim and asked him what the return policy was, and he offered to send me another fan free of charge, and I sent them back the defective fan.
