"This company took my cash and to date has failed to deliver the goods. Owner went away for a week. Goods are in stock.Special Delivery promised on the 7/5/2008 for today (9/5/08)but failed to show. No reply to my email. I partly blame myself for not researching this company properly. The next stage is legal action. Trade with this company at your peril."

"this company is best avoided at all cost, they are difficult to contact as they have no phone number and do not reply to your emails, i have been trying to obtain a refund for an order that was not deliverd 3 weeks after ordering, i was told i would be refunded monday 18 december, i'm still waiting for the refund as of 26th december 2006. will post an update when/if i get my money.

**update** finaly got my refund after sending an email telling them i would be going to trading standards. if anyone is in the same situation good luck!"
