"Do not order from this place. They are no longer in business. I placed an order and sent them 4 messages with no reply. Just the other day got a call from another company that offered to fulfil my order they said because Copperstate went out of business."
"My son bought me a $20 gift cert. for Christmas. I tried to use it to order 3 diecast cars. The total cost was over the $20 gift cert so I used my credit card for the remainder. The full amount of the 3 cars was charged to my credit card the next day and my account stated I still had a $20 gift cert balance. I have sent at least 4 e-mails with no reply. I tried to call them 3 times but got no answer. I have contacted the AZ. BBB about the situation but it will be 30 days before they can do anything. I no longer want to do business with this company. I just want the $46.84 they owe me.
Since I posted this review I have contacted the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, the Arizona BBB, and the Arizona Attorney General's Office. None of them can or will do anything about this business. The business has ceased operation and they say can't do anything about the problem now. I guess the Attorney General's Office of the state I live in must have more power to help it's citizens. I thought that was one of the main reasons for having the AG in the first place.
My credit card company didn't charge me for the Copperstate Racing bill. I don't know if they got their money from them or what. My son wasn't as lucky because it had been too long. I feel for the people that lost large amounts of money to these people or I should say crooks.

"Extremely fast service! Very pleased with transaction! Will be back!"
"Even though I did get my merchandise, finally, I went through a hassle getting it. CopperState billed my credit card two (2) days after I placed the order. After receiving my order confirmation and not hearing anything for 7-10 days, I emailed the company only to find out one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Their web site did not indicate this. The owner of the company called me and told me he would take care of me, but it wasn't until June 18 when I got my order. This company will bill your credit card even if they know it's going to be a month before they can ship your stuff. I think this is wrong. They should not charge you until they ship your items. Amazon.com does not bill for anything until they ship and that's the way it should be. After I finally got the items from CopperState, they deleted my account. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything else from this company. They did get my items to me, but the handling of my transaction by them left lots to be desired."
