"I ordered a costume for my son on October 21st. I paid for Express shipping which they stated was 3-5 days processing and 3-5 days shipping. I emailed them on October 28th and asked for a tracking number. No response. I then emailed them on the 31st asking for a refund. They responded yesterday, November 4th asking if I still wanted the item. I told them I didn't need it anymore. They responded today. They said they would give me an 8% refund for the $63.30 purchase. Seriously. I have filed a complaint with PayPal asking for a refund. I would REALLY suggest you take your business elsewhere. I asked today if the product was even shipped and so far no response. If you order months in advance you MIGHT have a shot at getting your item but otherwise I would stay FAR FAR AWAY. complete scam in my opinion. They don't ship your item and the only want to give an 8% refund. BEWARE "
"I ordered 2 costumes from this site almost 2 months ago, and still have yet to receive them. Sent a couple emails to them as well regarding the costumes. They claim they respond to all messages within 24 hours, but I have yet to receive a single response.
I've ordered from them before and they were great, so no idea what has changed since then. I highly do not recommend, as they will simple steal your money!"

"I am not please at all with this company. I should of gotten my costume over a week ago and they haven't even started making it. I keep getting the shaft from them, and am told don't worry your ordered is coming. Not sure if it is coming or they are just trying to shut me up. Never ordered from them before and i never will order from them again."
