"i placed my order for a touhou cosplay mid june, only to realize hours later that US sizes don’t mean nearly the same as theirs. but i contacted customer support, actually i first got an email from them soon after i placed the order asking if my sizing was right (which it so desperately was not), so i messaged back and told them i made a mistake and i got a quick response and a helpful chart on how to measure what they needed to know. it did take a while, about 2 months, but when i got it omg it was perfect! perfectly sewn and fit exactly as i requested! and just in time for the anime convention!! the fabric is soft and stretchy and not a single error! pretty decent price for such a high quality cosplay if you don’t mind a bit of a wait! it’s definitely worth it in the end!"
"After ordering a cosplay, I found out that their sizes on their website aren't actually what they are and when it didn't fit me (after weeks of waiting for it and paying a lot of money) they said that their policy didn't allow me to exchange for a larger size, and that the only way for me to get a larger one is to buy it again at a reduced price but allowed no guarantee of it fitting. Their policy is broken and their only fix apparently is for you to buy more of their stuff. Never spending money their again and would never recommend them to anybody. Horrible company!!"

I ordered a cosplay of the character Chocola from Nekopara. And the quality of the costume I received was FANTASTIC. It looked exactly as it was pictured on the website, if not better. And it was a good fit.
Speaking of that, I noticed a few people commenting on how they ordered something like an XL but got a small. Did anyone read cosplayfus sizing chart? For most clothing I buy online I'm around a small or a medium, but according to cosplayfus sizing I was an XL. So that's what I ordered. And what a surprise, it was a perfect fit on me. However I will say I have no idea how Cosplayfu are with commission orders. So I can't comment on that.
There shipping speed was great too. Which I was honestly really surprised about since I ordered the costume pretty late for the event I was going to. Even with express shipping I was skeptical about receiving the costume on time. I needed it in about three weeks, which I knew was cutting it close. But I needed the costume so I told them the date I wanted it by and paid for the express shipping. After waiting a while without them emailing me about it being shipped I was beginning to get worried. But about a week before the day I needed it by they emailed me saying it had been shipped. And it arrived on the day I needed it^^

"Please do not order from CosplayFU. Most to all of the photos you see on the site as "their" costume work is absolutely not. They are actively taking photos of cosplayers who either hand-made or ordered from elsewhere and claiming it as their own. What you see is not what you'll get. This has happened to several friends of mine. They will take a photo of any cosplay, put their logo on it, and call it theirs. Exercise a lot of caution and inform anyone that you may know if their photo is being fraudulently used. "

I commissioned CosplayFU for the second time a few weeks ago and I'm even more satisfied than I was the first time. Since sizing down to a size small (I wanted it to be tight), my costume fit PERFECTLY and the shoes I got were even better than the ones shown on the site.

With all the negative reviews, I was a bit apprehensive to order from CosplayFU, but I ended up biting the bullet (full cosplay for $100 was a steal imo) and was extraordinarily impressed by by the quality and the service I received.
The cosplay I ordered was EXACTLY like the photo and the details were spot on. The only issue I had with it was my own fault, and that was that I ordered a size a bit big for me because I thought sizing up would be the best thing to do for a Chinese product since with other Chinese things I've gotten have ran small even with my correct size. So now I know for next time, at least with this particular site, to order smaller.
The shipping was FANTASTIC. I paid for express shipping and after the allotted production date(about two weeks), the package arrived to me in about two days via UPS.
From China to US, that's incredibly impressive.

"I was sent the wrong product, then as I communicated with them to get a refund they refused. They sent the item based on metric measurements, not those used in this country. We NEVER stated metric. They assumed, then would not own up to their mistake. Also, we ordered a jacket which they stuffed in a bag, so when we received the product it was extremely wrinkled and messy. They are inflexible and I would NOT recommend them to be used by anyone."

"I have no idea what is with these people... CosplayFU is a fair online cosplay store, ok? I have ordered 2 outfits and 1 wig, the first was Hatsune Miku Love is War ver.(link; http://www.cosplayfu.com/product/Miku+Cosplay+%28Love+is+War%29+from+Vocaloid)and well... *cough cough* 1st of they say below the picture that the color *might be different from the actual product, and most of the time it's true. First the dress;
Shipping; 5/5 because it came in about 2.5-3 weeks again when it was predicted to take about 1.5-2 months!
Quality; 4/5 because it is satin it is shiny but not too shiny.
Like the picture?: yes and no because yes the color and things, no because in the pic its more fluffy.
Sizing: 4.5/5 because it is big in 1 place which is in the bust area but it ties in the back like a corset so it will tighten up.
All included? 4.9/5 because many of the people that purchased the dress they said it came with a crinoline which made it fluffy. Mine didn't come with a crinoline.

"I'm not sure what everyone is talking about... Cosplayfu is a wonderful site. I've had no problems at all. The price is good, considering they have free shipping. Also, you can do Custom Sizes for no extra charge. The cosplays they send look like the picture that the promised, and same goes for the wigs. The wigs are wonderful quality. They are soft and comfortable to wear, it's excellent quality fibers on some wigs (I said some because the super long clips can kind of tangle easily, but that's how they are EVERYWHERE, there isn't such thing as a nontangling clip). This is coming from someone who's ordered 2 full cosplays, and 7 wigs. Cosplayfu is not a scam."
