"paid my $86 bill via electronic payment less than 30 days after invoice received - received a statement in December showing that it was not paid. When I called I was told that my check 'bounced' - I did not pay by check - I paid on line. But the Customer Service lady insisted. I asked if any notification had been sent that there may have been some sort of issue - she did not answer that logical question. They are a joke and should close shop. I will contact the class action suit and have asked to have my account closed - "
"I ordered two blankets, the colors were not great and the sizes were incorrect. I admitted that I ordered the incorrect size.
I had to pay for shipping back, fine, but then I get a bill for $59.00.
The reason, I had to Reimburse them for their shipping to me, and honestly I couldn’t understand what the other reason was. Because I admitted I ordered the wrong size, I was charged. It was my fault, not theirs.
OH, then when I said, fine, I will pay it, you have my CC #, just charge it. It would be a $2 charge for that! Then they switched me to someone else to discuss payment and we got disconnected, and they have my number, why wouldn’t they call me back?

I have been waiting for a daybed that was suppose to arrive on Dec. 19th for a Christmas present since December 9th. I ordered a LEap Frog Globe with videos for my granddaughter. They sent her some adult kitchen "cow" decor instead.

I called Customer Service which was no help. This company really needs to get it together. "I have been with country door for a couple years. It has always been a great online co.. I consider myself a very good customer always making orders paying my payments on time and I just paid them off this June. Just in the last month I started ordering and after 2 weeks I received a limit increase. So I ordered some Christmas gifts. Well with an email to me or any notification they told me I was not going to get them because ordered to much in the past... I’m sorry but this makes no sense to me. I have the credit but since I ordered items in the last month I was denied for no reason. I first talked to a lady named Traci who then transferred me to another lady who hung up on me. Then I was transfered to a supervisor named Juvantee. Who talked over me and would not help me at all. I did write up a complaint with consumer affairs as this was such horrible Service that its literally making no sense to me. I told them to please close my account and they lost a very good and longtime customer all becuae they would not take the time to help me nor to even email me any type of response. This is very silly.

"I bought the barn door console. Although it appears to be nice, it wasn’t worth the trouble of supporting this incompetent company. My husband attempted to start putting it together and then realized they only sent half of it. No big deal, we received the other half the next day. He again attempted to put it together. The directions were awful and were thrown together and stapled as if a child did it. He put a quarter of the console together only to realize the directions were missing pages. He then called Country Door who said they had to mail directions. My husband insisted they email them, as we already had it partly done. Finally they agree, even though they initially said it was IMPOSSIBLE. Then the kicker is they say it takes 24-48 hrs to email?!?!?! This is 2019..correct? It’s been over a week and surprise surprise..still waiting on email, or should I say snail mail. I attempted to write a bad review on their website but it never posted...shocker. Please save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY. They don’t deserve the business to keep operating. "
