"I ordered my mask last weekend. Monday was a holiday but it should have shipped Tuesday. It did not. CS told me it would ship Wednesday but it did not ship until THURSDAY night. I even paid extra for faster shipping. They have not responded other than to say "sorry" you should get it by Monday the 6th. Tracking had shown it hadn't left New Hampshire but it did show up as out for delivery this morning. I have sores on my face and a bloody nose trying to stay Medicare compliant. I will NEVER give them my business again. They claim 95% ship same day if you order by 2PM EST. No way to do I believe the 95% ship same day. Mine should have shipped Tuesday. Even if I was in the unlucky 5% there's no reason it should not have shipped Wednesday, but no, it didn't ship until Thursday night. After initially posting this review saying they should have at least refunded the extra postage I paid, I did get a notice a little while ago that they did refund the shipping. "
