"I ordered a white Eee PC Car Charger with fuse protection. I was told the item was being shipped from Hong Kong. The item that arrived was not what I ordered. They sent a different car charger that was black, much larger, and had no fuse. They told me to send it back and they would send the right one. I sent it back, now they don't answer my emails, and they didn't send me a replacement or refund my money. On top of that, I am out the cost of shipping the wrong part back to them. Don't buy from them."

I ordered a couple of small items (pc fan and regulator)at a very cheap price. Shipping charges only $2.99 supposed to ships 5-7 buiss. days. I placed the order on 6/9/09 received my order 6/23/09. Now I know why it took so long, it comes from Hong Kong. Not sure why the seller says nothing of this on his web page ships from Hong Kong and the fact after your order, it will say 8-12 buiss. days "please wait for it patiently" I was not to happy about this. But I did have some problems with a unintentional (hit back button when ordering) order and he responded to my emails within 24 hr. and seemed polite. I would use again if I did not need an item in a hurry."
