"I ordered the almond oatmeal organic facial scrub, but was very disappointed with this product. It comes in powder form and you have to mix it with water each time you want to use it. Would've been nice to know that before buying...."

"I would never shop from CureDiva again. The sizing instructions led me to purchase a compression bra that did not compress ($100.00). After wearing it and seeking the opinion of my PT who confirmed it was insufficient in numerous ways I was unable to return the bra. Yes it was past 30 days (heck, I am juggling a lot here) but even when I suggested an exchange, they said no. Never, never ever will I buy from CureDiva again. "

"Dear ladies, if you would ever need to exchange or return don’t shop at here. Their customer service is a joke!!

I spent total $500 on them.
First I needed to exchange my order due to sizing and fitting. However when I called in, all she said was I don't know how to do that just email to ****@**** and they will reply you. So...OK that sounds super helpful, thanks. Then I emailed twice for over 2-3 days to that return@. No reply whatever. So I called again, it goes straight to voicemail. Out of frustration and since she don't know how to EXCHANGE (hello, you are selling clothing!) I just went ahead and place a new order with new size and email to return@ requesting just return. The worst thing is that in the invoice it is written that I need a return auth number and I don't even have that number and don't know which address to send items to back!!!! So the day after I sent that email the customer service women name Carole Lewandowski (which is same name of the service customer voicemail greeting) replied to my email saying they issued the return auth number and I should get an email with instruction. So I waited waited and waited and after 2 days I still didn't get that number or email! I checked spam whatever still no email no number. I kept calling her and just went to voicemail. What is it? They are not scam (at least I got products fast) but their customer service is worst I ever experienced since I start online shopping. I remember that the first call with that women when I said "Oh well, ok" she did giggle a bit. Is it funny when your customer is disappointed or frustrated??????????
