"While my wife and I waited to check out, we listened to the two guys behind the counter poorly explain how helmet fitting works and berate a customers for his lack of knowledge. After he left frustrated it was our turn. I purchased a shirt that was supposed to be on sale and when I pointed out the the sign, I was refused the price. Until I asked for a manganger and had to walk him to his own promotional sign. In order to read what it clearly said. Not impressed, not in the least. I’ve been a rider since childhood. The other customer obviously was not. The two guys behind the counter, acted like they had been riding for some time and how dare they have to explain something to a noob. Those two “kids” need to learn hard and fast how to treat customers, especially new riders. Or your business and our way of life will suffer greatly."
