"I went in to purchase a jacket and the one I liked was on clearance and the store didn’t have my size. The employee found the size in a different store and had it shipped to this one. As soon as they received the jacket Hannah gave me a call to let me know it was there. When I got to the store I tried it on to make sure it was the right fit. Don recommended a leather conditioner which I purchased as well as informing me that I could receive a discount on the app if I purchased it in store.
