"I was very excited when we got our own Cycle Gear store , and have been visiting it frequently since they opened. Our nearest store was Knoxville, Tn, which is over an hour and a half away.
The staff is always friendly and eager to help.
They have a wide variety of motorcycle gear and accessories.
I've had to return and exchange a few items, and they have always stood behind their product without a big hassle, which makes shopping there really nice.

"The manager, Ben, showed me the Saddlebags I picked from the flyer that was sent out. I was impressed with the quality and price of the bags, compared to the bags that were offered by the motorcycle manufacturer. After checking them out completely, I asked Ben if I could return the bags if they did not fit and he responded with a YES. I prefer this type of synthetic material over leather for a couple of reasons, so it was a good decision. After getting them home and fitting them to my bike, I was very pleased with the fit and finish, and how they appeared on the machine. Bags do take away from the appearance of any bike, but if you're ever caught in a rain storm and you don't have your gear, you'll be a believer in bags really quickly. I've bought tires through them before and have been very satisfied with their service. I'll be back when I need more motorcycle accessories."
