"Bought a front and rear tire for my dual sport. Good name brand tires, good retail price, and they were in stock! Was told I would need new tubes, no problem I said. Was told they would be mounted and balanced on my rims- which I had already brought to the store. When I picked them up later, I found out the tires had been mounted without any bead lube. The rear was OK , but the front had about 8 inches of bead that hadn't pushed out to the rim edge. I had to deflate the tire and lube the bead myself, so that it would seat properly. They also did NOT balance either wheel assembly. I had to go to Harber Freight and get a balancer stand and weights so I could balance them myself. Another learning experience, I guess..."
