"The staff there is always so helpful and knowledgeable. It’s nice to have actual riders helping you with gear instead of just a random guy reciting sales pitches. "

"Nice employee s and found what I needed for my 7 year old "
" I went in to look at a pair of "On Sale" boots but they did not have my size. A salesman said he could order them, which he did. A few days later I got a call saying that they had arrived. They fit, they were comfortable and bought them. That part is what got the four stars.
What cost you a star was that, that was all there was. No help in showing how to adjust them, how they might have compared to other brands...no nothing. I talked to the salesman about his bike for a while but as far as what I was looking at....nothing! The closest thing to any useful information was, I was told that they had a one year warranty.
I was the Sales Manager at a multi-line dealership for ten years. If one of my staff let a customer leave with out an explanation or demonstration of their purchase and a solid attempt to accessorize the sale I would have had them in my office as soon as the customer was gone. A little Personal Touch attention goes a long way toward helping make another sale. That's what makes the difference between a Sales Person and an order taker."
