"According to the website the sales staff are trained on how to measure and fit you for a new helmet. However when I went to the Hiram store the staff just had me try on two helmets and ask what I thought. I have no knowledge prior about how a helmet should fit/feel I just guessed. Now after riding with it I see I bought the wrong size. I’m very disappointed with my experience there. "
