"I went to Cycle Gear Santa Fe Springs for two things; Riding pants and a helmet. I rode off with both. Travis, (I think that was his name), Walked me over to the pants, handed me a pair he thought would fit me and directed me to the fitting rooms. I put them on and kept them on. Sold. Then, we picked out the helmet I wanted. He answered some of my questions and, boom, he ordered it for me. A couple of days later it was delivered, for free, to my shop in Burbank. Shopping here was a great experience. My sales guy was knowledgeable, quick and friendly. There was a greeter outside controlling the number of people in the store. He was super friendly, too. Overall, a total five star experience."
