"On a Saturday, there was enough staff but I was never approached I had to initiate the conversation, I was simply wanting to get a tire and have it mounted. It seems the only mechanic type available was helping a customer with helmets. Finally he had a minute, looked a my current tire ran back looked up and said he had 1 left, but no time to mount it today, also did not know your team can only so mounts if the customer beings it in already off the bike. Not a good perk for those of us that need a little help mechanically. Then they sold me a tire and mentioned a mechanic who can change it out for me. I drove 20 minutes on my bike and arrived at the mechanic who quickly told me I was sold the wrong tire. I was upset. The mechanic ordered me the correct tire and at 60.00 less. I would recommend the team there pay attention to detail when working with customers. I doubt I will be back. I will give kudos, to Jake who did help me strap the tire down "
